So today my sis Rebecca and I were talking about trying to stay on track with our goals. We both have strengths and weaknesses in different areas. We decided to keep each other accountable this week for our goals. I like it because accountability really makes a difference with me. If I know I have to report to someone then I will do much better.
My goal this week is to have no desserts till at least Friday....which will be difficult again. I had kicked the sugar out and then Thanksgiving happened....with leftovers. So here I am craving cookies and cake. Oh well, what's the fun in not having a challenge?!
